Description
Data from the Register of Excise Taxpayers for the sale of ethyl fuel and alcohol:
1) Tax number of the taxpayer (USREOU code of a legal entity), except for the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card of an individual entrepreneur, since such information is subject to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" (the symbol "*");
2) Name or surname, name and patronymic of the taxpayer;
3) Date of registration by the taxpayer;
4) Record number in the Register (unique identifier);
5) Date of entry in the Register;
6) Date of cancellation of registration;
7) The reason for the cancellation of registration by the taxpayer;
8) Type of person;
9) Implementation of fuel;
10) Implementation of ethyl alcohol
