Description
The development plan Nienstedten 20 for the site of the former Elbschloss brewery (Altona district, district 221) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Elbschloßstraße — At the International Maritime Court — Christian-F.-Hansen-Straße — East boundary of the parcel 786 of the area Nienstedten — Elbchaussee.
