Development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 33 Hamburg

Description

The project-related development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 33 for the area northeast of Bergstraße between Ballindamm and Mönckebergstraße (district Hamburg-Mitte, district 101) is established. The area is delimited as follows: South-west boundary of parcel 489, via parcels 1407 (Hermannstraße) and 1404 (Bergstraße), southwest boundary of parcels 428, 429 and 430, northwest boundary of parcels 430 and 425, northeast boundary of parcel 425, northwest boundary of parcel 1407, via parcel 1407, northeast boundary of parcel 608, via parcel 1441 (Straße Raboisen), southeast boundary of parcel 1441, northeast boundary of parcels 94 and 122, via parcel 1414 (Kleine Rosenstraße), southeast, south, northwest boundary of parcel 1414, southwest boundary of parcels 490 and 620, southeast boundary of parcel 489 of the district Altstadt-Nord.
