Description
Data from https://www.deutschlandatlas.bund.de : Share of the population with basic income in old age among 65-year-olds and older in 2022 in %. Persons who have reached the appropriate age limit and cannot sufficiently ensure their livelihood are entitled to basic income in old age. In Germany, around 610.00 people received basic old-age benefits outside institutions such as retirement or nursing homes in December 2022. This corresponds to a rate of 3.3 percent for all residents of Germany over the age of 65.
