The development plan (binding urban development plan) determines the type and extent of land use. For example, it lays down regulations on traffic areas, forms of development, community demand areas, etc. The regulations are subject to strict legal standards regulated by the BauGB. The development plan is the basis for the granting of building permits in the building permit procedure.
Data under construction: The scopes are currently being revised and adapted to the legally valid inventory. The development plans to be adapted for this purpose are indicated in the attribute number with ANPASSUNG_UMRING.
