Digital terrain model (ATKIS® — DGM) MV
Description
Digital terrain models describe the terrain surface as the interface between the solid earth body and the water on the one hand and the air on the other side. In addition to regularly distributed elevation points (DGM grids), DGM can contain struk-tur elements in the form of terrain lines and special terrain points. Unlike digital surface models, DGM do not represent objects on the Earth’s surface (e.g. trees or houses). Height reference system: DHHN2016 (Normal height zero (NHN), Amsterdam level) Output formats: Grid file with East, North and Height values in ASCII format, line display (isolines) in DXF format, elevation images (grey value or color coding of the heights in TIFF format), debris display in TIFF format
