TEST DATA: TREMOD – Transport Emission Estimation Model (Dataset)
Description
TREMOD covers all modes of passenger and freight transport operated in Germany from the base year 1980 in annual steps up to 2020. The basic data range from driving and transport services as well as levels of utilisation to the technical characteristics of the vehicle stock, to the specific energy consumption and emission factors. So far, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, differentiated by methane and non-methane hydrocarbons as well as benzene, carbon monoxide, particulate matter, ammonia, carbon dioxide and sulphur dioxide have been recorded as emissions. Account shall be taken of direct emissions, including evaporative emissions, and those generated in the chain of processes upstream of the final energy consumption.
