Description
The Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 22 of 9. December 1966 (HmbGVBl. P. 263), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 499) is amended as follows:

2.In § 2, the following point 6 is added:
6. In the commercial area, retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store these items. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
