Upper-central city network
Description
The aim of the Land Development Plan (LEP), networks of central towns and villages, is to establish two or more municipalities which, on account of their location, their comparable number of inhabitants, their central local equipment and capacity, as well as an independent form of an interconnected area, jointly exercise the function of an upper centre.
