Description
For line segments, risk means predicted accidents and deaths
100 billion per vehicle-kilometre.
The data is produced centrally by VTT, mainly by dividing TARVA's homogeneous periods. Accident forecasts are made by combining accident history and accident models in accordance with the principles of Tarva. In practice, the forecast is the same as the number of accidents without measures in the current state of Tarva.
The target category is not versionable. The information covers all roads.
