Description
The maximum number of twenty full floors set in the Barmbek-Süd 21 Act of 15 May 1972 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 90) for parts of the parcel 744 of the Barmbek area is amended as a maximum limit to the fixing of twenty-three full floors; the floor area of 11 450 m² previously allowed for this parcel is set to the permissible floor area of 13 400 m².
