Description
Patent and Trademark Office provides here access to case information and documents from Danish rights cases within the areas of patent, utility model, trademark and design.
Patent cases include patent applications, issued patents, pharmaceutical and plant protection certificates as well as European patents applicable in Denmark.
The trademark cases include Danish trademark applications, registered trademarks and international trademarks (according to the Madrid Protocol) applicable in Denmark. Trade mark proceedings do not cover EU trade mark applications and registered EU trade marks. You can search EU trade marks in the EU trade mark database.
The design cases include Danish design applications and registrations.
