XPlanung dataset BPL “Bachacker”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Bachacker” of the municipality of Achstetten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: With the change of plan, the basic features of original planning are touched. It is therefore necessary to reassemble a qualified, legally binding development plan pursuant to § 2 et seq. of the BauGB.
