Digitales Terrainmodell (DTM) - 2014
Description
In the project “Aerial Photography42”, the Department of Geoinformation of the Office for Spatial Development ARE of the Canton of Zurich produces a high-resolution laser scanning (LIDAR, median dot density of 8 pts/m²) for the creation of the digital surface model (DOM ZH) and the digital terrain model (DTM ZH). It shows the earth’s surface on the ground, while the (DOM ZH) (GIS-ZH No. 299) incorporates all permanent and visible landscape features such as soil, vegetation, forests, buildings and other art buildings. Whole cantonal area incl. 500 m buffer.
