Isophones for the night noise index (LNight) for main roads
According to § 47b of the BImSchG, main roads are “Bundesfernstraße, Landesstraße or other cross-border road, each with a traffic volume of more than three million motor vehicles per year”
Calculation is based on Directive 2002/49/EC on the assessment and control of ambient noise (EU Environment Noise Directive – EU-ULR)
