Digital list of monuments City of Neustadt a.d.W.:Cultural monuments and monument zones of the list of monuments in the city of Neustadt/Weinstraße. The list of monuments is based on the volumes of the series Denkmaltopographie Bundesrepublik Deutschland, Kulturdenkmäler in Rheinland-Pfalz - Stadt Neustadt an der Weinstraße - Volume 19.1 ‘Kernstadt’ (2008), Volume 19.2 ‘Ortsbezirke Diedesfeld, Duttweiler, Geinsheim, Gimmeldingen, Haardt, Hambach, Königsbach, Lachen-Speyerdorf, Mußbach’ (2008). Recent information on address changes, cancellations, etc. has been incorporated. The updating of the list of monuments is constantly being worked on; revised pages are marked by updating the date. In particular, addresses may be outdated or no longer accurate in individual cases; Notes and corrections are expressly desired. The archaeological sites known to the competent authority are not listed in this list because of their danger. The protection of immovable cultural monuments already arises from the existence of the legal requirements of § 3 of the Monument Protection Act (DSchG) and is not dependent on the entry in the monument list, i.e. also objects that are not listed in the monument list can be monuments. The list does not claim to be exhaustive.
