Description
Areas where mountain surveillance has ended. Pursuant to Paragraph 69(2) of the Bundesberggesetz (Federal Mining Act), after the completion of the final operating plan or the corresponding orders of the competent authority, the mining supervision shall cease at the time when, in the light of general experience, it can no longer be expected that the operation will cause risks to the life and health of third parties, to other mining operations and to deposits whose protection is in the public interest or to public health. The data is kept up-to-date at all times.
