Development plan Bergedorf 35 2nd amendment Hamburg

Description

Paragraph 2(4) of the Law on the Bergedorf 35 development plan of 2 October 1975 (HmbGVBl. 176), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 503), is replaced by the following: "4. In the core areas north of Bergedorfer Straße and in the core and mixed areas south of Bergedorfer Straße, gaming arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Gewerbeordnung, which serve to install gaming machines with or without profit opportunities, betting offices, brothels, brothel-type establishments and sales rooms and sales areas, demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles, representations or acts of a sexual nature, shall be prohibited."
