Development plan Bergedorf 35 2. Change Hamburg
Description
Section 2(4) of the Bergedorf Development Plan 35 Act of 2 October 1975 (HmbGVBl. P. 176), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 503), is replaced by the following:
4. In the core areas north of Bergedorfer Straße, as well as in the core and mixed areas south of Bergedorfer Straße, gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of play equipment with or without profit, betting offices, brothels, brothel-like establishments, sales rooms and sales premises, demonstration and commercial premises whose purpose is aimed at the sale of articles, depictions or acts of sexual character, shall be prohibited.”
