Cultural heritage – Freda buildings

Description

Buildings and churches that are automatic, decision-making, regulatory or temporary protected by law and churches that have the status of listed. Buildings can be protected according to various sections of the Cultural Heritage Act: Buildings that are approved protected (kml § 15), state buildings that are approved under regulations (kml § 22a), buildings older than 1537 are automatically protected (kml § 4), standing buildings originating from the period 1537-1649 may be declared listed (kml § 4), Sami buildings older than 100 years are automatically protected (kml § 4).
