Berg – Clarification Statute Markusstraße-Freisheim
Description
Berg’s development plans and land use plans: The aim of these statutes is to define by clarifying constructed interior areas. For parcels 263, 322/2 (tw.), 322/5 (tw.) and 325, hall 4, district Berg, the purpose of the Clarification Statute is to avoid or dismantle interpretative spaces about the affiliation of the plots to indoor or outdoor areas. This applies in particular to those plots that are located south of the estate Markusstraße 9 and like this via the business route (Parz. 322/2) can be reached in extension of Markusstraße. The entire area is shown in the land use plan of the Verbandsgemeinde Altenahr as a mixed construction area.
