BFD200 - BFD200: Nitrate retention capacity
Description
The soil area data at a scale of 1:200,000 (BFD200) provide an overview of the distribution of soils, soil-forming substrates and soil function-related evaluations for the entire state area of Rhineland-Palatinate. The near-surface subsurface is depicted to a depth of two metres. Documentation of methods:The nitrate retention capacity of the soil is evaluated in particular on the basis of the field capacity in the rootable soil space [FKdB] and the influence of backwater.
