Sales of properties to foreigners (EU citizens and citizens of third countries)
Description
Statistical data on the sales of real estate to citizens of the European Union (except Cypriots) and citizens of third countries, by province. The data are monthly and include four subsets:
a. Number of properties transferred (sales)b. Number of properties deposited sales documents c. Number of persons concerned — transfers (sales)d. Number of buyers — deposit of a seller document
Note: Following related improvements in the codification of the term “Forwards” in the Earth Information System, the way statistics are presented has been modified. Therefore, a recommendation from the Department of Cadastre & This is to avoid comparing these data from 2018 onwards with data from earlier years.
