Digital Layers of Planning (WFS)
Description
Public planning data compiled by the Land Board. The data have been forwarded to the Land Board by local governments or received via the spatial data service of the national database of spatial plans (PLANK). The digital layers of the detailed and comprehensive plan are presented unchanged in the service. In addition, the service includes digitised layers (parcels, built-up areas) for the regular valuation of land, the correctness of which has been verified by the local government.
The layers of the detailed plan are presented as follows:
public area, landscaping, built-up area, public access, area with environmental conditions, land plot, clearance area, land improvement area, civil engineering works, need for servitude, need for acquisition in public interest, utility network and civil engineering works, location of area with environmental conditions, road and street.
In the case of detailed planning areas, the service has two layers. The first is the layer prepared by the Land Board itself – the zoning plan, the aim of which is to achieve a topologically correct layer without overlaps (detail_plan_surveillance plan). This is an informative layer – the Land Board’s own product and has no legal significance and does not comply with the limits of the detailed plans established by the local government deposited in the PLANK database. The second planning area boundary (detail_plan_area) in the set of layers of detailed plan drawings has been created by the author of the plan, is legally binding, but it may not take into account other neighbouring planning areas and may therefore include areas for which a solution to the plan was not established. These data (detail_plan_ala) have been forwarded to the cadastral registrar by local governments or received via the spatial data service of the national planning database (PLANK).
The layers of the comprehensive plan are presented as follows:
up-to-date comprehensive plan area, area subject to the obligation to organise an architectural competition, area subject to the obligation to prepare a detailed plan, public access, location of construction works that are permanently connected to the shore or functionally connected to the shore, area subject to environmental conditions, cultural heritage of local importance, nature conservation of local importance, land use management purpose, land improvement area, other areas and objects not covered by the planning regulation, location of construction works with significant spatial impact, resting and recreation area, bathing area, green network area, need to acquire in the public interest, change of construction exclusion zone of the shore and bank, location of waste management site, location of utility network and construction works, area subject to conditions, location of transport network, valuable landscape, area of cultural value, valuable agricultural land, green areas throughout the comprehensive plan, valuable viewing area and corridor, water catchment area with sanitary protection area, flooded area.
