Bathing water areas and surface water monitoring sites (INSPIRE)
Description
Department of Environment data provision services related to:
1. Areas of surface water where a large number of people are bathing and where there is no permanent bathing ban or issue a permanent anti-bathing composition.2. The location of the monitoring point for surface water areas where a large number of people are bathing and where no permanent bathing ban is imposed or a permanent anti-bathing recommendation is issued.
The data are available through the data collection “Management/Restriction Zones/Area Regulation and Reference Units” on the basis of the INSPIRE Directive. The data download process is implemented through “GML” files, accessible in Resoure AM_AreaManagement Directory (gml). The data is also available through WMS, ersiREST, json and SOAP services.
