Background information for the preparation of the Forest Management Project "Los Montes de Gaucín" MA-50006-CCAY, ninth revision and tenth special plan, approved on 01/10/2003 by the Ministry of Environment, in accordance with the principles set by the Andalusian Forest Plan, Law 2/92 Forestry of Andalusia and Law 43/2003 on Forests. Management plans in time and space the set of actions necessary to take advantage of the resources of the mountains respecting their ecological requirements without renouncing social, economic, commercial or financial considerations.
