Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Enlargement of the town centre (original)” of the municipality of Efringen-Kirchen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: General residential area and special area for common needs in the area of Isteiner Straße.
