Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortsrand Steinbach – 2nd Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The subject of the 2nd amendment is the “Textual Determinations”. In accordance with the explanatory memorandum of 23.9.2013, the “local building codes” are amended.
