Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Stefansfeld North-East (original)” of the municipality Salem from XPlanung 5.0. Description: § 4 General residential areas (WA) + areas for common use; BP “Stefansfeld North-East”; as last amended by Article 2 of the Law of 21.11.2017.
