Development plan Groß-Borstel 3 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the Great Borstel 3 development plan of 30 May 1967 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 212) is amended as follows:
1.In the drawing presentation, the fixing of ‘Building land for the general public (school)’ is required for the parcel 764 of the Gross Borstel area in the “pure residential area”, for parcels 102, 165, 286; 461, 511 and 512 of the Gross Borstel area changed to “general residential area”. For these residential areas, a three-storey closed construction with the base area number 0.3 and the number of floors 0.6 and the southern boundary shall be set at a distance of 5.0 m north of the utilisation limit from the public green area.
2.In § 2, the following point 4 is added:
4. For the construction of parcels 102, 165, 286, 461, 511, 512 and 764 of the Gross Borstel area, heating shall be permitted only by means of collective heating plants, unless fires and gaseous fuels, heat generators with electric energy, solar energy, heat pumps or heat recovery systems are used.’
