Development plan Groß-Borstel 3 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The Ordinance on the Gross Borstel 3 development plan of 30 May 1967 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 212) is amended as follows: 1.In the drawings, the definition of "building land for which there is a need (school)" for plot 764 of the district of Groß Borstel is included in the definition of "pure residential area", for plots 102, 165, 286; 461, 511 and 512 of the district Groß Borstel changed to "general residential area". For these residential areas , a three-storey closed construction with the floor area number 0.3 and the floor area number 0.6 as well as the southern construction limit is fixed at a distance of 5.0 m north of the use limit to the public green area. 2.In § 2, the following point 4 is added: "4. For the development of plots 102, 165, 286, 461, 511, 512 and 764 of the Gross Borstel district, heating is only permitted by collective heating plants, unless furnaces and gaseous fuels, heat generators with electrical energy, solar energy, heat pumps or heat recovery systems are used."
