Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Seniorenwohnanlage” of the municipality of Ilsfeld from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Facilities for supervised senior citizens living with daycare, nursing home and the necessary ancillary facilities, prioritising the use of supervised housing Seniors.
