Geological 3D Model ROHSA 3.1

Description

The geological model represents the sequence of geological rock layers in the central West Ore Mountains (includes the area around Thum, Ehrenfriedersdorf, Geyer, Elterlein, Grünhain-Beierfeld) in a 3 dimensional space. The 3D model belongs to the subproject ROHSA 3.1 and was created on behalf of the LfULG by the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Beak Consultant GmbH, Helmholtz Institut Freiberg and TIN International. The geological model is a basic model that visualises the spread of the encountered rock layers (Ordovizium to Permocarbon) in the underground, including geological disturbances. The model was created as GOCAD model in version 2015/5 and includes the 3D model by Geyer Süd (created by Tin International AG).
