Development plan Altona-Altstadt 40 Hamburg

Description

The Altona-Altstadt 40 development plan for the area covered by a continuous red line of the centre of Altona on both sides of the Great Mountain Road (Altona district, districts 203, 204 and 205) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Max-Brauer-Allee – Lamp'lweg – Große Bergstraße – Goethestraße – Kleine Bergstraße – Thedestraße – Thedestraße – North boundary of parcels 1073 and 1074, over the areas 1072 and 1077, north boundary of the parcel 1026, west and north boundary of the hall 1027 of the Altona-Nordwest district – Unzerstraße – Louise-Schröder-Straße – Große Bergstraße – Blücherstraße – southern boundary of the area 265 of the Altona-Südwest district – Virchowstraße – Grotjahnstraße – Escheisweg – Jessenstraße – Lawaetzweg – Altonaer Poststraße – South boundary of the parcel 1447, east, south and west boundary of parcel 65, southern boundary of parcels 1447 and 1446 of the Altona-Südwest district – Bugdahnstraße – East boundary of corridors 1426 and 25 of the Altona-Südwest district – Bugdahnstraße – east borders of the Altona-Südwest district – Ehrenbergstraße.
