Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Lange Stück” of the municipality of Edingen-Neckarhausen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: General Residential Area, Pure Residential Area, Mixed Area, Commercial Area, Priority Use WA/WR/MI/GE.
