Free trout waters corresponding to the General Order of Vedas of 2014
Description
Inland fishing may be carried out in free waters not declared as fishing refuges or ecological reserves in accordance with the prohibitions and delimitations provided for in Law 8/2003. The Order of 22 October 1970 of the Ministry of Agriculture is taken as a reference, considering by exclusion, free waters of low mountain the rest of the bodies of water inhabited by trout, except the high mountain preserves and the fishing refuges defined in the Order of 6 May 2014.
