Description
The existing solar panels in Amsterdam are shown in this file. In addition, the potential of solar energy is also included. This file was created using the Zonatlas. By combining weather data, the incoming solar radiation, the slope angle of the roofs and the shadow situation, it is a very accurate indication of the suitability of the roofs for solar power generation. The map is an adaptation of the Zonatlas map and shows the potency per m² of land area of the buildings.
