Acute hospital care: Physical and neurological rehabilitation

Description

This part describes the care activities of the public and private care institutions of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, with reference to hospitalizations in the post-acute departments (Functional Recovery and Rehabilitation, Neurorehabilitation and Long-term Care). A total of 342 beds were reserved for post-acute hospital care in 2015, divided as follows: 131 in public facilities (38.3%) and 211 in private facilities (61.7%) (Table 5.3). Compared to 2014, the total number of beds has increased by 10 units.
