INSPIRE-WFS Soil / Soil Geological Map BB 1 : 50 000
Description
The interoperable INSPIRE-WFS soil / base saturation in the effective root space Brandenburg is a download service that extracts data in the Annex scheme soil (derived from the original data set: Soil geological map Brandenburg 1 : 50 000 - L3744 Potsdam). It gives an overview of the most high-resolution soil geological maps in scale 1:50,000 (BK50) from the LBGR. Already published: Sheet L3744 (Potsdam). Other sheets are in progress. Further information can be found at http://www.geo.brandenburg.de/lbgr/boden_gru and at http://www.geo.brandenburg.de/ows/htdocs/Bodenuebersichtskarte.html. According to the INSPIRE data specification Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0), the contents of the ground map are INSPIRE-compliant. The WFS includes the following feature types:
- derived profile (so:DerivedSoilProfile), which serves as a reference profile for a specific type of soil in a specific geographical area, the upper and lower depth of the profile element, measured from the surface (0 cm) of a soil profile (in cm)
- Soil body (so: SoilBody), which shows a delimited and homogeneous part of the floor covering with regard to certain soil properties and/or spatial patterns.

It provides an overview of the most high-resolution soil geological map at a scale of 1:50.000 (BK50) of the LBGR. Already published: Sheet L3744 (Potsdam). Further sheets are under construction. The content of the soil map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.0). The WFS includes the following feature types:
