Purchase invoices of the City of Lappeenranta

Description

The dataset includes purchases of services, materials, supplies, goods and other expenses of the City of Lappeenranta. The data includes purchase invoice data from all divisions of the City of Lappeenranta. The data has been extracted from the city's accounting system at the invoice row level, and the data has been supplemented with, for example, the names of organisations and account groups and the Y-IDs of suppliers. Under the Data Protection Act, invoice rows in which the supplier information is the name of a person or business name information (Tmi), which is the name of a natural person, have been removed from the purchase invoice information. The dataset contains the following column data: buyer (City of Lappeenranta), date of receipt, supplier number, business ID, supplier, account group number, account group name, account name, account number, invoice amount, industry number, industry name, result area number, result area name and cost centre number. The information has been categorized to facilitate the use of the material. The organisation is classified according to sectors and performance areas. The accounts are classified according to the category of accounts, inter alia, as purchases of services, materials, supplies and goods, rents and grants for buildings and apartments.
