Parcels of Flemish and local authorities, situation 31/12/2023

These dates include the plots of land on which buildings are owned and/or occupied by the Flemish government on 31 December 2023. All buildings and parcels of entities that fall within the scope of real estate policy are included in the Terra Patrimonium and energy database Flanders, both owned and rented real estate. The Flemish government not only owns real estate to house its own services, but also in function of the social and economic functioning of Flanders. By mapping its real estate, the Flemish government can better manage its real estate in its own portfolio. In the dataset 'Plots of Flemish government and local authorities', the plots of CPAS, Housing Companies and police zones will not be included. This is to comply with the GDPR regulations.
