Wastewater Remediation Networks (EU from the RAEPA BDD) – Guyana (2018)
Description
The database “Remediation Networks” (from RAEPA) collects the geolocated information necessary and sufficient for the minimum inventory of support networks of public sanitation services, for the moment only in operation, or built. As of that date, the projects are not included.
Its scope therefore encompasses all the concepts relating to the network infrastructure necessary for the provision of these services to the user, as well as to the maintenance and extension of those infrastructures. To this end, it describes the following geographical (or geo-localizable) objects:
the sections of pipes collected waste water or rainwater circulate;
works and apparatus installed at the junctions between these sections, known as nodes of the network;
sections, apparatus and structures of a network which, as a result of failures found during the operation of the network, had to be repaired or replaced.
This basis is not exhaustive. It is the compilation of the data that could be grouped together with the municipalities or their groupings, as well as the delegates of the public services associated with these networks.
