[DREAL OCCITANIA] Class A, B and C Class A, B and C licensed channel dams in Occitania
Description
Identification of authorised and granted dams in Occitanie, class A, B and C according to Decree No. 2007-1735 of 11 December 2007 on the Safety of Hydraulic Works and the Standing Technical Committee on Dams and Hydraulic Works and amending the Environmental Code.
By Decree No 2015-526 of 12 May 2015, this classification will change. The Instructors, DREAL for the licensed works and DDT(M) for authorised works will therefore be required to reclassify all the dams in the near future.
