Development plan No. 1: “On the church path” (Merzdorf)
Description
The development plan translates the land use concept of the municipality into directly applicable law as a binding construction plan for the scope “Am Kirchenweg”.
In the planned area, six parcels are designated within a General Residential Area. In addition, a public green space is to be created.
