Description

The Canadian Museum of History (the “Museum” or the “corporation”) submits an Annual Report on its administration of the Privacy Act (the “Act”) to Parliament each year, which is tabled in the House of Commons in accordance with section 72 of the Act. This Report covers the 2023–2024 fiscal year, with a reporting period of April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. The purpose of the Act is to protect the privacy of individuals with respect to personal information held about them by government institutions, and to provide individuals with the right of access to that information.
