Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Dautenstein – 8th Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The property owner has proposed to exchange the use of the land and to arrange the residential development (2 individual houses) in the eastern area and to designate the western area as a common use area “kindergarten”.
