Regulatory act - the decision "On the establishment of a tax on real estate other than the land plot on the territory of Novoprazh settlement amalgamated territorial community for 2020"
Description
Taking into account the provisions of the Tax Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", there is a need for establishment of objects of taxation, establishment of tax benefits and tax rates for 2020.
The problem is that in the case of non-establishment of local taxes, the minimum tax rates specified in the Tax Code of Ukraine will be applied, while the interests of the community in setting such rates will not be taken into account. The adoption of this regulatory act will provide an opportunity to monitor compliance with the rules of calculation and payment, replenish the local budget, which will allow you to direct the funds received from the payment of tax to solve social problems and improve the infrastructure of the territorial community.
