Description
Under the Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement on Pesticide Strategy 2017-2021, municipalities are required to review all well-closed protection areas (BNBOs) on agricultural land and PNBOs in other areas where pesticides are used for commercial purposes up to and including 2022. The data set contains the BNBO designated by the Minister for the Environment and information regarding the status of the review inflicted on the municipality.
According to the agreement, the parties to the agreement behind the Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement on Pesticide Strategy 2017-2021 must receive an annual status for the municipalities’ review of BNBO. The data set allows MST to make the annual reporting to the contracting parties, as well as allows other stakeholders to keep track of the status of the task.
