Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Obermatten II A (Urschrift)” of the town of Zell im Wiesental from XPlanung 5.0. Description: General residential area and mixed area north of Schönauer Straße and west of the street Am Leisenberg.
