Description

The development plan Finkenwerder 35 for the area of application south of the Neß main dike between Pamirweg, Finkenwerder Westerdeich, Finkenwerder Süderdeich and Osterfelddeich as well as the Alte Süderelbe (district Hamburg-Mitte, district 139) is approved. The area is delimited as follows: Neßdeich - Pamirweg - via parcels 2089 and 4430, via parcel 3024 (Neßkatenweg), eastern boundary of parcels 2492 and 2493 (round trip) of the district Finkenwerder Nord - Rundtörn - Rudolf-Kinau-Allee - northern boundary of parcel 1567 of the district Finkenwerder Süd Finkenwerder Westerdeich - Finkenwerder Süderdeich - via parcel 464 (Süderkirchenweg), northern boundary of parcel 1375 (Osterfelddeich) of the district Finkenwerder Süd - Osterfelddeich - eastern boundary of parcel 589 (port area boundary), via parcel 1552 (port area boundary) - southern boundary of parcels 1552 and 1559 (port area boundary), via parcel 1642 (port area border/Alte Süderelbe) of the district of Finkenwerder Süd - district border - north-west boundaries of parcels 1287, 1290, 1293 and 1638 of the district of Finkenwerder Süd - north-west boundary of parcel 4011, west boundary of parcel 4010 (Neß main dike) - north-west boundary of parcel 4254, north boundary of parcel 4255, via parcel 4045 (flood protection system) - west and north-west boundary of parcel 4239, via parcel 4239, east boundary of parcels 4341 and 2848 (Kreetslag) of the district of Finkenwerder Nord.
